Shipping policy

E-books will be delivered immediately by BookFunnel. When your transaction is complete here in the store, you'll receive an email from BookFunnel with a download link for your book. (Check your spam if you don't see it! It's sent immediately.) Their support staff are the best at getting ebook files onto your reading device of choice, so reach out to them if you have difficulties.

You can also create a BookFunnel library right here. Whenever you shop at a store that uses BookFunnel for delivery, your ebooks and audiobooks will be automatically added to your BookFunnel library. Just use the same email address at check-out as you use to log into your BookFunnel library. That way, you don't have to look for an email with the download links.

Signed print books will be mailed from Canada. If the book is on hand, it will be shipped with two business days. If it is not on hand, it will be ordered to be printed for you. It can take 2 - 6 weeks for the book to be printed and delivered to me, then it has to be shipped to you. Please whitelist my email address so I can forward the tracking number and other shipping details to you.
