eBooks purchased here are delivered automatically via BookFunnel. As soon as the sale transaction is completed here in the store, you will receive an email from BookFunnel at the address you have provided, with a download link for your purchased book. This is sent within five minutes and comes from the address:

Follow the link and download your ebook or audiobook to your BookFunnel library, where it remains accessible forever. If you do not see the message from BookFunnel, please check your spam folder.

Audiobooks are also delivered via BookFunnel, as described above. With audiobooks, though, you have choices for listening. The easiest (and most popular) choice is to listen with the BookFunnel app, which is free for Android, iOS and Fire. Learn more and get the app here. Any print book shown as out-of-stock can be ordered for you. Please anticipate three weeks for out-of-stock paperbacks to be printed and delivered to me, and six weeks for hardcover editions. Please order early if you plan to pick up books at an event.

Print books are shipped signed from Canada, unless otherwise indicated. Note that there are now flat rate shipping tiers to the US and Canada by post, for one book, two books and three-five books. Please choose the tier based on the number of books. There may be duties payable on receipt of your package and these are your responsibility.

Alternatively, you can also specify a pick-up location for your books: we can either arrange a pick-up here in Stratford Ontario, or if you plan on attending a show where I’ll be signing, you can pre-order your books and collect them there. There is no shipping cost in either case. All of my booked events are listed in a drop-down menu on the cart.
